Return & Refund Policy

 

Thanks for shopping at Darling Deer Designs!

​

We do not offer returns or refunds on ANY custom orders due to the custom nature of those products.

​

For items purchased from the website, you have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it in exchange for store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • be in the original packaging

  • include receipt or proof of purchase

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will send you a code for store credit to be used on the website. ​

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping Policy

​

Turn Around Time for Custom Orders is currently 7-10 business days. Website orders will be ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Standard Shipping is automatically selected at checkout, but other shipping options are available.

Standard Shipping 

​

All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Shipping. I currently do not offer International Shipping. Once your order has shipped, Darling Deer Designs is not responsible for lost, late, or damaged packages if Standard Shipping is selected at checkout.

Shipping + Insurance

​

Standard Shipping is automatically selected at Checkout, but you may choose to upgrade to Shipping + Insurance to cover your shipment against physical loss or damage in transit. Shipping Insurance is provided by Shipsurance. 

 

Darling Deer Designs is not responsible refunds or replacement of lost or damaged orders if the following requirements are not met:

In the event of a damaged shipment, recipient must declare damage within 15 days of receiving the shipment. If claim is not filed within 15 days of delivery, Shipsurance may deny the claim. All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of or released to the carrier before a claim is completed as photographs will be required. Failure to comply will result in the denial of the claim.

In the event of a lost shipment, a claim can be filed if shipment does not arrive within 20 calendar days of shipment date. Claims for lost shipment cannot be filed before this time frame has passed. Loss claims will not be covered if the Carrier confirms the successful delivery of a Package to the correct destination address.

Once a claim has been accepted and approved by Shipsurance, the customer will be given the option of order refund or replacement by Darling Deer Designs. In the event that products from your order are out of stock, replacement will not be possible, and a refund will be issued.

Local Pick Up

​

Local customers may use code LOCALPICKUP to pick up order instead of paying for shipping. Darling Deer Designs is located in Rosenberg, Texas. Only use Local Pick Up option if you are local to the Sugar Land/Richmond/Rosenberg area. If you use the LOCALPICKUP code, your order will not be shipped, and you agree to pick up your order. Pick up address will be emailed to you within 24 hours of placing your order, so please enter a valid email address at checkout. If you are not local, please select a shipping option at check out.
